The first step in creating a character is deciding on a character concept. In Nexus there are people in charge of developing the complex storylines for players to become involved in, however these storylines are augmented by having a personal character history. Players should attempt to develop a concept for yourself by creating a character with his/her own history, personality, and background.

    When making a character you should alwddays play something that will be enjoyable.  Do not try to play something that will be difficult or will even make you feel uncomfortable. Do you want to be a sneaky thief, an enterprising merchant, or a great mercenary? Will your character be outgoing, emotional, or secretive? You can create and play any character type you can imagine. The more extreme and interesting your personality, the more fun your character will be, You can also combine any number of contrasting traits to create a totally unique personality. Or you can model your character after any examples from movies and books. Your character's personality can resemble your own or be totally different; it's up to you.
