Of chucks and swords...

I've been reading a lotta 8-Bit Theater lately and a though came to me...would it be possible to make a pair of sword-chucks, the ultimate weapon of awsomeness, as a game-legal weapon. The only thing I think that might get in the way is the connective material.

Oh god if it would work....

Not no but umm... no, it would be entirely to dangerous. Though I have to admit it gave me a good laugh.

unfortunately not. All articulated weapons are considered "too dangerous" for some reason. Buncha slack-jawed faggots 'roun here.

I always thought that we didn't allow articulated weapons because of the cheese-dick factor... (ie. the same reason we banned those ultra-bendy staves that would still wrap around and hit you even if they were blocked...)

entangling weapons will ruin foam weapons they wrap around. that's my biggest reason to not use them.

Go to Harbor Freight.
Buy two machetes.
Attach them together however you'd prefer (I'd suggest barbed-wire).
Wrap the machetes in newspaper.
Test them on your little brother.

See. I was trying to find some fake poison ivy for my nexus costume as i play a nagani, with the poisons and whatnot. Only option was real/ Appartnely, covering myself/my weapon in real poison ivy is cheating too. Go figure.
